Pre-Loved Fashion Sale in aid of Charity Supporting Women into Work

The Smart Works Reading Fashion Sale is on the move and is popping-up in Henley on Friday 23 and Saturday 24 February.

The sale, organised by the Berkshire-based charity that supports unemployed women to job success, is being held at Henley Town Hall on the evening of Friday 23 February (6.30-8.00pm) and during the day on Saturday 24 February from 10-3pm.

From brand new womenswear donated by the charity’s generous retail partners including Aligne and Cape Cove, to high-quality preloved pieces, the Smart Works Reading Fashion Sale is the place to bag a bargain while supporting local women into work.

The pop-up sale is guilt-free, sustainable shopping at its best. Every penny spent will go towards funding Smart Works Reading’s free and effective job interview dressing and coaching service that supports unemployed women into a job.

Entry to the Early Bird Session from 6:30pm on Friday 23 February gives fashion-lovers the opportunity to nab the first pick of the bargains. Tickets are £5 and can be pre-booked at:  On Saturday entry is free.

Supporting this event helps Smart Works Reading to continue providing services at no cost to unemployed women in the community. 69% of the women Smart Works Reading support go on to get the job within one month of their appointment.
