Your team
You will join our well-established EMEA Legal team, and will report to the Head of Commercial, UK Legal. The role will be based in Henley or London (must have ability to travel to Henley office), and we also offer flexible working and the possibility to work remotely.
Your role
We’re searching for our next Legal Counsel (Commercial). You will provide legal support on corporate and commercial matters. You will be drafting and negotiating commercial contracts relating to Invesco’s retail asset management and corporate activities including outsourcing agreements, procurement contracts, market data licensing agreements, software licenses, cloud and other technology vendor agreements, marketing contracts and intergroup agreements. You will also be advising on general contract law and topical legal issues.
Sounds interesting? You’ll need around 3 years PQE experience (qualified in the UK or another jurisdiction), general commercial background, and strong experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts (reviewing software licenses, professional services agreements, etc.). Fluent in German or French an advantage.
