Can only be a money laundering operation. A 5 year lease on a building of that scale to sell cheapo items like this? The numbers just don’t stack up. And that’s aside from it being a total eyesore for the town.
Very disappointing news. Not a good look for the town and very suspicious for money laundering unfortunately especially given there is a sweet shop and a mobile phone shop and within 50m of it.
