Robin Hayes, who works at Stonehouse Property Care in Henley-on-Thames has achieved the highest score in the UK when qualifying as a Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing (CSSW) and was recognised at an awards ceremony hosted by national trade body the Property Care Association (PCA).
This means Robin is now able to offer specialist expertise for waterproofing projects, such as above and below ground buildings and infrastructure.
A family-based business established in 2000, Stonehouse operates an in-house programme of mentoring and practical on-site training for surveyors, that encourages a close working relationship with its operative team for an appreciation of projects, from first enquiry through all contractual and installation processes.
The award for CSSW – sponsored by Delta Membrane Systems Ltd – was announced at a ceremony held at The Slate, University of Warwick.
Steve Hodgson, Chief Executive of the PCA, said: “Our members tackle a range of issues that can affect people’s homes and businesses, buildings of national importance or major infrastructure.
“Their talent and skills are highly valued and our 2023 Best Practice Awards are an opportunity to celebrate the expertise and experience of our members.
“I congratulate Robin at Stonehouse Property Care on the professionalism and commitment to quality service that is recognised with this award.”
